It depends on your risk tolerance and your current level of OHSA required compliance? Our goal is to cater the needs of each client individually. Even large companies with the most sophisticated in-house safety programs can benefit from a fresh perspective or new idea from an outside safety professional to help lower risk. Can LINK provide training on my project, or do we have to travel to a training center.

Our safety training professionals can host training at our training center, at your office, virtually or on a specific project/ job site. We offer both induvial and group trainings.

I currently have a full time in-house safety manager, how could a consultant add value to my safety program.

Most of our larger clients do have full-time in-house safety staff. As companies grow, the need for part-time resources to conduct project safety inspections, employee training and project specific safety scheduling. When working with in-house safety staff we help support the heavy lifting of the program so your in-house staff can focus on global risk management for the company. We also provide evaluation for any in-house staff should companies need consulting on the effectiveness of their program management.
